Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. is facing another unpaid debt suit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Arrow Electronics Canada Ltd. claims that Tranzeo owes it $42,236 for products delivered in 2012. The suit seeks payment of that amount.

The allegations are contained in a brief notice of claim that Arrow filed at the Vancouver courthouse on Wednesday, May 15. Arrow, which manufactures a number of speciality electronic components, claims that it delivered its products to Tranzeo between January, 2012, and July, 2012. It sent 45 invoices, totalling $42,236, all of which went completely unpaid, the suit states.

Arrow is asking for a judgment in the amount owing, plus court costs and interest. Vancouver lawyer Randie Wilson filed the suit on Arrow's behalf. Tranzeo has not yet filed a response.

The suit is the one of many recent actions to target Tranzeo over unpaid bills. One of those claims, filed at the Vancouver courthouse on Oct. 10, 2012, sought $217,261 in unpaid rent for the company's 3,653-square-foot premises in Pitt Meadows. The suit complained that the company had not paid rent since May, 2012, and continued to occupy the space.
