Effective at the opening Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, the common shares of Tanzania Minerals Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Hill Top Resources Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
