PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as an industrial issuer at the open on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, according to the TSX. As in an April 5, 2012, prospectus, the fund plans to sell 125,000 units at $20 each, raising $2.5-million. The fund will sell units on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of units it can issue. The fund will seek to replicate the performance of the S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index and plans to pay cash distributions monthly. The manager of the fund is Invesco Canada Ltd.

The TSX reports the fund's units will trade under the symbol TLV and Cusip No. 73938V 10 5.
