The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing True Grit Resources Ltd.'s proposal to issue 177,666 bonus shares to David McCue, Allan Williams and Randy Butchard in consideration of $80,000 in loans to the company. The unsecured loans bear interest at 10 per cent per year and are payable on demand.
