TD ASSET MANAGEMENT INC. ANNOUNCES PORTFOLIO ADVISER CHANGE

Global Currents Investment Management LLC, the portfolio adviser for Toronto-Dominion Bank's TD Global Value Fund, merged into its affiliate, ClearBridge Investments LLC, on April 1, 2013.

As a result of this transaction, ClearBridge Investments became the portfolio adviser of the fund, effective April 1, 2013. The portfolio management team led by Paul Ehrlichman and Safa Muhtaseb will remain the same. There will be no changes to the investment objectives and strategies of the fund.
