SANDSTORM GOLD RELEASES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

The annual and special meeting of shareholders of Sandstorm Gold Ltd. was held May 10 in Vancouver, B.C., at which 38.5 per cent of the issued shares were represented. Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions presented, including the re-election of all director nominees, namely Nolan Watson, David Awram, David De Witt, Andrew Swarthout and John Budreski.
