RONA ANNOUNCES THE DECLARATION OF THE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON THE SERIES 6, CLASS A PREFERRED SHARES

Rona Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 32.72 cents per share on cumulative five-year rate-reset Class A preferred shares, Series 6. This dividend will be paid on July 2, 2013, to holders of record on June 14, 2013.
