TINMA INTERNATIONAL LTD.: ACQUISITION OF SHARES OF RAMBLER METALS AND MINING PLC

Pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, the Early Warning System and Related Takeover Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, Tinma International Ltd. has acquired ownership and control, through purchases in the open market, of an additional 450,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Rambler Metals and Mining PLC, representing approximately 0.33 per cent of Rambler's issued and outstanding ordinary shares.

Prior to the acquisition of the additional shares, Tinma had ownership and control over 13,388,980 ordinary shares in the capital of Rambler, being approximately 9.9 per cent of Rambler's issued and outstanding ordinary shares. As a result of the acquisition of the additional shares, Tinma has ownership and control of a total of 13,838,980 ordinary shares in the capital of Rambler, representing approximately 10.23 per cent of Rambler's issued and outstanding ordinary shares.

The additional shares were purchased through a series of transactions through the AIM trading facilities at prices between 59.2 cents and 59.6 cents.

The additional shares were purchased by Tinma for investment purposes. Such investment will be reviewed by Tinma on a continuing basis and such holdings may be increased or decreased in the future. Tinma may acquire additional ordinary shares of Rambler through the open market, privately or otherwise, as the circumstances or market conditions warrant.
