PASON SYSTEMS INC. INCREASES SEMI-ANNUAL DIVIDEND

The board of directors of Pason Systems Inc. (with Jim Hill, the significant shareholder through J.D. Hill Investments Ltd., abstaining from voting) has declared an increase in its semi-annual dividend to 22 cents from 20 cents per share on the company's common shares. The dividend will be paid on July 4, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2012.
