MOSAIC CAPITAL CORPORATION CONFIRMS MAY 2013 DISTRIBUTION IN RESPECT OF ITS PREFERRED SECURITIES

Mosaic Capital Corp.'s cash distribution for the month of May, 2013, in respect of its preferred securities will be paid on June 17, 2013, to all holders of preferred securities of record as of May 31, 2013. The May distribution will be 8.33 cents per preferred security.

For Canadian income tax purposes, the monthly distribution in respect of the preferred securities is considered interest income in the hands of the recipient.
