FINNING REPORTS ON VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Finning International Inc. has released the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 8, 2013, in Vancouver, B.C.

A total of 128,935,187 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 74.98 per cent of the of the company's outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the appointment of an auditor for the ensuing year and the authorization of the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration, the acceptance of the company's approach to executive compensation, or say on pay, and the election of directors. Detailed results of the ballot vote for the election of directors are provided in the attached table.
