ABATTIS SIGNS GEORGES LARAQUE MANAGEMENT INC. AS MEDIA AND PRODUCT CHAMPION

Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. has engaged Georges Laraque Management Inc. effective Jan. 1, 2013. Georges Laraque Management will be assisting the company in marketing and branding all of the natural-health products designed by Abattis. As partial consideration for Georges Laraque Management entering into this agreement and providing services thereunder, the company agreed to issue 150,000 shares of the company at a deemed price of 10 cents per share. The shares will be subject to a four-month hold period as required by applicable securities laws.

Mike Withrow, chief executive officer on behalf of the company, stated: "We are pleased to have Mr. Laraque join our Abattis team. [Through] his professionalism and dedication to his political beliefs as deputy leader of the Green Party of Canada and his work done in Haiti, and [as a] PETA spokesperson, along with being vegan, he has demonstrated during his career not only does [he] have the ability, but passion and drive, and will help Abattis and its brands to be recognized and respected in political arenas, athletic performance markets, vegan nutrition and animal wellness markets."

Georges Laraque, retired National Hockey League star, current deputy leader of the Green Party of Canada and spokesperson for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), stated: "I am very excited about this opportunity to work with such a great company and be able to further my support in the natural-health-products arena.
