FORACO INTERNATIONAL SA SHAREHOLDERS MEETING DECLARED A DIVIDEND OF CDN$ 0.055

Foraco International SA held its general shareholders meeting yesterday in Marseille (France).

The shareholders meeting of Foraco International voted at a majority of 99.78 per cent to declare a dividend of 5.5 cents per common share to the holders of common shares at the record date of May 29, 2013. The dividend will be paid on June 15, 2013.
