DOUBLEVIEW CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES PROPOSED NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Doubleview Capital Corp. has proposed a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,111,111 units at a price of nine cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $280,000. Each unit will be composed of one common share of Doubleview and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at 15 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of the issue.

Doubleview will not be paying any finders' fees in connection with the offering.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for Doubleview's proposed drill program on the Hat property, located in northwestern British Columbia, and for general working capital purposes.

Closing of the offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
