CONSOLIDATED SPIRE VENTURES ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

Consolidated Spire Ventures Ltd. held its annual general meeting (AGM) today, Sept. 27, 2010. All the resolutions put forward in the AGM were passed by the shareholders, and the directors elected to the board are R. Brian Buchanan, Shiraz Raz Hussein, George Gorzynski, Brian Hall and Gordon M. Thompson.
