BALLARD ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2011 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL

Ballard Power Systems Inc. will hold a conference call on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, at 8 a.m. PT (11 a.m. ET). John Sheridan, president and chief executive officer, and Tony Guglielmin, chief financial officer, will review Ballard's third-quarter 2011 results.
