CNSX bulletin 2013-0508

Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Blue Gold Water Technologies Ltd. have been approved for listing. Blue Gold Water Technologies is the resulting issuer of a reverse takeover transaction with Golden Cross Resources Inc. In anticipation of closing the transaction, Golden Cross Resources effected a name change and consolidation. See bulletin No. 2013-0506 for details. As a result, the symbol and cusip will not change upon completion of the transaction, which is set to close on Friday, May 24, 2013.
