ATS TO HOST FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL THURSDAY MAY 23, 2013 AT 10:00 A.M. EASTERN

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. will release its fourth-quarter results before the Toronto Stock Exchange opens on Thursday, May 23, 2013.

At 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 23, 2013, the company will host a conference call and webcast of management's quarterly remarks and follow-up question-and-answer period with analysts.
