ALAMOS GOLD PROVIDES NOTICE OF THE FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2011 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Alamos Gold Inc. plans to release its fourth quarter and year-end 2011 financial results before the start of trading on Feb. 23, 2012. Senior management will host a conference call to discuss the financial results at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time later that day.

The company's senior management will host a conference call on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2011, at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to discuss the fourth quarter and year-end 2011 financial results and to provide an update of the company's operating, exploration and development activities.
