(OTCBB:VVIT), a pioneer in efficient Waste-to-Energy technology, is pleased to announce that it has closed on the sale of the 9-acre parcel of vacant land it owned in Hutchins, TX.  The sale was closed on November 16, 2017 for gross proceeds of $825,000.

This sale, coupled with the sale of the adjacent 18-acre tire processing facility, has allowed the company to pay off or settle a significant amount of the Company’s debt, and will provide funds necessary for future Waste-to-Energy project development.
