LITTLE ROCK, Ark., May 04, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Windstream Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:WIN) today declared a quarterly dividend of 15-cents per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2016.
