Univest Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

SOUDERTON, Pa., Nov. 26, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (Nasdaq:UVSP), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid on January 2, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2014.
