NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WebSafety, Inc. (OTCQB:WBSI) announced that the U.S. Patent Office has issued to WebSafety, Inc. a patent for inhibiting a cell phone's ability to text, email or web browse in a moving vehicle.
