NEW HAMPTON, N.Y., Nov. 30, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Balchem Corporation (Nasdaq:BCPC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend on its shares of common stock equal to $0.22 per share, payable on December 21, 2012 to holders of record on December 14, 2012. This dividend reflects a 22% increase over the prior year cash dividend.
