Geo., has been appointed President taking the place of John Burges who has resigned as President and CEO. The board thanks Mr. Burges for his dedication and leadership as President and CEO over the past three years.

Mr. Reynolds is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He received a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987 an d has over 27 years' experience working in Canada, USA, Bolivia, Argentina and Guyana. He has extensive experience in public company management. He has been the VP Exploration for the Company since May 2012.
