(NYSE MKT: ETAK) ("Elephant Talk"), a global provider of Software Defined Network Architecture (ET Software DNA® 2.0) platforms and cyber security solutions, today announced that the Company and HP signed an agreement to collaborate on global, mutual sales. With this agreement, the companies extend their relationship to deliver services from the Elephant Talk Software DNA® virtualized platform and the HP Integrated Home Subscriber Server (HP I-HSS). By deploying the services, Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can benefit from seamless subscriber mobility across heterogeneous networks when changing their current legacy systems or monetizing the MVNO market opportunities.

The Elephant Talk Software DNA® virtualized platform now incorporates the HP I-HSS, which enables Service Providers to manage their subscriber identity across network technologies in a high availability model. With HP I-HSS the subscriber identity is continuously carried over, no matter where the mobile consumer travels to and which access method or Radio Access Network (RAN) technology is used, which it believes will allow Elephant Talk Software DNA® 2.0 to deliver an undisrupted virtualized service experience.
