BETHESDA, Md., Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) ("MTGE" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per share for the third quarter 2014.  The dividend is payable on October 27, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of September 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2014.
