(AQUA) America's premium supplier of naturally balanced alkaline water and all natural apple juice for children is proud to announce that our quarterly report is nearing completion and will be uploaded to OTC markets on time. We are pleased to announce that our revenue for the quarter is in excess of $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) and the majority of the revenue was during the month of June. As of July 25th we have sold in excess of 53 pallets of our high alkaline water for kids, 40 of which are scheduled to be delivered in the upcoming week. We expect revenue for the month of July to be in excess of $45,000 (forty five thousand dollars). We anticipate that our pallet sales will more than double in the month of August and allow Pleasant Kids to begin to experience exponential growth quarter over quarter. We will quickly become a leader in the marketplace as we build the framework for global market penetration. We will begin to update more frequently as the desire of Pleasant Kids is to operate in a completely open and transparent way with our shareholders and investors. We have come a long way in a a short time and although we have experienced growing pains, the mission is still the same, to become the leading provider of healthy beverages for kids. In an effort to support sales of our supermarket partners Pleasant kids is happy to welcome Sedanos grocers to the Pleasant Kids family. Sedanos grocers is a Florida based grocery store chain with 32 locations and growing. We are working with Sedanos on a 40 pallet order of our high alkaline water to be placed in their stores. We plan to begin delivery of these pallets in the upcoming weeks. Pleasant Kids has begun ramping up production of our high alkaline spring water for kids in order to meet the growing demand of our clientele and large grocery chains. Our bottler has begun the production of 200,000 bottles/approximately 70 pallets of our product. We plan to continue weekly production runs that will allow Pleasant Kids to reach its short term goals of selling one million bottles per month and will provide the necessary inventory that will allow us to expedite orders as they come in and allow us operate more efficiently.
What Happens Next
Our definitive 14c and subsequent filing with the SEC and FINRA for our name and symbol change will occur no later than August 5th 2014 and we will be trading under the new symbol shortly thereafter.
We have launched our Where Healthy Begins campaign and have targeted a nationally recognized marketing company, William Morris Endeavors, as one of our choices to begin the branding of Pleasant Kids as a household name. Through their efforts we will become a global leader in the marketplace.
Pleasant Kids has launched the world's best tasting apple juice. We are beginning production to meet the high demand for this product. We expect the first cases to be available to the market within the very near future.
