Through its adaptive-reuse efforts, U-Haul Company will provide a viable and landscaped business at 4107 State Highway 16 West.

U-Haul Moving and Storage of Bremerton and Gorst features seven one-story self-storage buildings, a 500 square feet modular office and a 154 square foot metal building, for a total of 38,059 square feet of building space. On this 4.09 acre property there are also 79 RV parking spaces available on-site.

As the newest addition to U-Haul Company of Southern Washington, this location offers truck and trailer rentals, self-storage and U-Box moving and self-storage containers. Future plans for this facility include upgrading the roof and self-storage room doors and the addition of a specific U-Box container area and loading dock.
