NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- W magazine and Simon Malls have teamed up to discover modeling talent across the country. Beginning on August 20, W and Simon will host casting call events at 10 shopping centers nationwide, including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta and Houston.

The open casting calls will take place at shopping centers including: 
- Roosevelt Field, Long Island, NY (August 20-21, 12pm-4pm)
- The Galleria, Houston, TX (August 27, 12pm-6pm)
- Lenox Square, Atlanta, GA (August 27, 12pm-6pm)
- Del Amo Fashion Center, Los Angeles, CA (September 10, 12pm-6pm)
- Dadeland Mall, Miami, FL (September 10, 12pm-6pm)

At the above casting calls, aspiring models will have professional images taken by a W-commissioned photographer, for a chance to be featured in the magazine's March 2017 issue, and for the opportunity to star in an upcoming Simon Malls ad campaign. Attendees will also select their favorite images for their own future use, and meet a member of the W magazine team.

In addition, W's bookings director, Erin Simon, who is responsible for booking models for the magazine's editorial shoots, will provide tips and industry insights at the New York and Miami casting calls.
