(the "Company") (OTC Markets Group: CSTI) announced today that the Company's 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on December 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the offices of McGladrey, LLP located at 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. Last year, the Company held its annual meeting on October 7, 2013. The Company also announced that it has set the close of business on November 14, 2014 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the annual meeting.
