(OTC Pink Limited Information: CBEH) ("China Integrated Energy" or "the Company"), a leading non-state-owned integrated energy company in the People's Republic of China, today announced that the Company renewed the independent director agreements of each of Mr. Liren Wei and Mr. Stephen Markscheid, effective as of May 31, 2013. All material terms, including compensation payable to each of Messrs. Wei and Markscheid, remains the same. Mr. Wei will continue as chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mr. Markscheid will continue as a member of the Audit Committee.

On June 30, 2013, Mr. Junrong Guo, an independent director of the Company, advised the Company that he has decided to resign from his position as a director on the Company's Board of Directors, and from his position as a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, for personal reasons. Mr. Guo has stated that he has no disagreements with Company management and is not aware of any issues relating to the Company's financial statements.

The Company has started to search for a new director who is familiar with the bio-fuel and energy industry to fill the vacated position on the Board.
