("VisionChina" or "the Company") (Nasdaq: VISN), one of China's largest out-of-home digital television advertising networks on mass transportation systems, today announced that Mr. Limin Li, chairman and CEO, delivered the keynote speech at the 2015 Huawei Network Congress ("HNC") on May 20, 2015 in Beijing, China.

HNC is an important and influential event in the information and communications technology industries. This year's event showcased the latest technology advancements, including software-defined networking (SDN), object definition language (ODL), 10G Wi-Fi, Internet of Things (IoT), anti-APT security, 4K telepresence, and converged communications.

Mr. Li spoke on the topic of "Building a New Ecosystem for Bus Interconnection Services with IoT" and elaborated on how VisionChina is developing an interconnected mass transit WiFi ecosystem by leveraging the IoT.

The partnership is progressing smoothly and yielding significant results. Currently, the AR503 bus intelligent car router, which was co-developed by VisionChina and Huawei, has been widely deployed across VisionChina's national WIFI network in China.
