• 74% negotiated with existing clients (cross selling);

• Gross revenue from services (Logistics + Movida) between R$ 4.710 billion and R$ 4.880 billion (Growth between 13% and 17%);
• EBITDA¹ between R$ 970 million and R$ 1.1 billion;
• Gross capex between R$ 1.3 billion and R$ 1.7 billion;
• Sale of assets between R$ 500 million and R$ 700 million;
