Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 28, 2016) - Dr. Anatoly Langer, control person of CardioComm Solutions, Inc. (TSXV: EKG) ("CardioComm Solutions" or the "Company"), announced that MD Primer Inc. ("MDP", which is the control and direction of Dr. Langer) has sold an aggregate of 5,379,000 common shares of CardioComm Solutions in a series of sales through the TSX Venture Exchange between April 11, 2016 and August 26, 2016 for aggregate gross proceeds of $246,740. The shares that were sold represent approximately 4.69% of the issued and outstanding common shares of CardioComm Solutions. The purpose of the sales of shares held was to provide additional working capital to MDP.

Prior to the sales of the shares, Dr. Langer held an aggregate of 48,351,076 common shares of the Company, representing 42.14% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares. Following the sales of the shares, Dr. Langer remains a "control person" of the Company under applicable securities laws. Personally and through MDP, Dr. Langer now owns or has control and direction over an aggregate of 42,972,076 common shares of CardioComm Solutions, representing approximately 37.45% of CardioComm Solutions' issued and outstanding common shares.

Dr. Langer has previously purchased shares from CardioComm Solutions for investment purposes, and in the future may further purchase, hold, vote, trade, dispose or otherwise deal in the common shares of CardioComm Solutions in such manner as he deems advisable to benefit from changes in market prices of such common shares, publically disclosed changes in the operations of CardioComm Solutions, its business strategy or prospects or from a sale or merger of CardioComm Solutions.
