2014-09-02 04:42 ET - News Release

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/02/14

Analytica Bio-Energy, Inc. (OTCQB: ABEC) and ("Analytica" or the "Company"), the fully owned Taiwan subsidiary of Analytica Bio-Energy Corp. USA, is pleased to announce that the Theme Park Project for The Buddhist Temple Associations, has cleared the majority of the sanctions put forward by the China's Anti-Corruption Department. This process, which is nearly completed, caused delays in commencement of the project, as previously reported by the Company in its news release of June 19, 2014.

"We anticipate that the overall approval will be received and in place within the next forty to sixty days," stated Kevin Wu, CEO. "Therefore, I have authorized the drafting department to present the initial drawings for approval."

The Legal representative of The Buddhist Temple Associations, Mr. Xu Guangrun, requested that all engineered structural drawings be presented by mid to late September, which will allow ample time for any changes or corrections to be made. Analytica now anticipates that the revenue to cover the engineering designs as stated in prior news releases of USD 1,000,000 per month should commence in September through late October 2014. Additional engineered structural drawings will be presented as required once the first set have been cleared. It is anticipated that the overall project will generate a minimum revenue of USD 1,000,000 each month over a span of thirty six months.
