HC2 Announces Schuff's New CEO and President Is Rustin Roach

HERNDON, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/09/14

HC2 Holdings, Inc. ("HC2") (OTCQB: HCHC) announces today that Rustin Roach has been selected as the new CEO and President of Schuff International, Inc. ("Schuff") and Schuff Steel Company, effective June 4, 2014. Scott Schuff, the former CEO and President, will provide advisory services to Schuff over the next three years. HC2 owns approximately 65% of Schuff.

Rustin Roach has served on the Schuff Board of Directors since 2013 and as President of the Western Region of Schuff Steel Company, which included overseeing the Southwest and Pacific Divisions since early 2014. Previous to this position, Mr. Roach served as the Executive Vice President of the Pacific Division of Schuff Steel Company from 2005 to 2013. Prior to 2005, Mr. Roach held various positions with Schuff, including Estimator, Project Manager, and Vice President of Sales in the Southwest and Pacific Divisions. Mr. Roach received his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia.
