(CSE:SHP)(OTCQX:SHPNF) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, approved by shareholders at the company's AGM held on June 30, 2014, the Company will be granting 43,000,000 stock options to certain directors, employees, advisors and consultants exercisable at $0.05 per share. The options vest over two years and expire August 19, 2021.
