Mr.AlQuadros.VicePresident-GlobalOperations

Mr. Quadros is a strategic and polished business leader who translates his international experience into organizational success. He brings over 21 years of IT industry experience planning, managing, mentoring and leading top-performing teams in sales and operations. He is a collaborative, inclusive leader with a client focused results driven approach.

Before joining Kallo, Al held regional, national and global leadership roles with Hewlett Packard Canada, Sun Microsystems, Citrix Systems Canada and Novell. His outstanding performance was recognized with several awards spanning leadership skills, global sales, operations and consulting.

Mr. Quadros was born and raised in Bangalore, India and earned his BSc (Honors) in Computer Science from Bangalore University. He has subsequently completed training in ITIL v3, CMQ/OE and CBAP. Al is committed to making a difference in his community and around the world through his support of children's charities, higher education and cancer research

Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, Al will develop, lead and oversee every aspect of the company's global operations: procurement, IT, Professional services, Total Quality Management, Flight operations and Engineering. His expertise, discipline and ability to execute will be invaluable as we develop and implement our innovative Kallo solutions around the world.

Mr.RodMacMillan.DirectorTechnology

Mr. MacMillan brings a wealth of experience in the technology sector, having worked in start-up environments as well as for major global Technology organizations. A proven leader, he has gained invaluable experience at the senior management level managing technology development and infrastructure teams.

Before joining Kallo, Rod held progressively senior positions as Software Developer, Director and CIO. He has built a successful career working for well-known brands including The FSA Group, Sun Microsystems, Torstar media group, Rogers Cable and Motorola. He was the Canadian software representative on the original Motorola Six Sigma project. This combination of software development and process improvement methodologies gave Rod an applied understanding of systems and the business processes they enable.

Rod completed his BA, Philosophy and Business Administration while attending Morningside College, Iowa on a Football scholarship. He later earned his Diploma, Computer Science at Centennial College, Toronto.

Mr. MacMillan's track record of successfully leading IT organizations through periods of growth and change will be essential as the company evolves. He can anticipate a business need and execute the right solution with precision.
