Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Tejas Maniar has joined as Principal in the firm’s Digital Practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Maniar joins Korn Ferry from Google where he was the Head of Online Channels and Leadership Effectiveness. He led a digital marketing, strategy and analytics organization that was responsible for employment marketing and brand globally.

Previously, Mr. Maniar spent several years at another global executive recruitment firm, where his broader focus was on senior management searches and leadership and talent engagements related to sales, marketing and strategy. He spent his early career in management consulting with Gallup Strategic Consulting and Accenture.

Mr. Maniar earned his MBA in finance and strategic management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and his Bachelor's degree in management science from the University of California, San Diego.
