Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER^(R) consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty four cents ($0.24) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable June 1, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 14, 2012. It is the Company's 445^th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
