Community 1st Bank (OTCBB:CFBN), announced that Kevin R. Watson has joined Community 1^st Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “We are delighted to have Kevin join the leadership team at Community 1^st Bank,” stated James J. Mr. Watson's banking career in the greater Sacramento region included service at Calnet Business Bank and Feather River State Bank, serving most of those years as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Watson served at North Valley Bank.

Mr. Watson obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accountancy and a Master in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.

Toni B. White who has been serving as Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer will become Senior Vice President and Assistant Chief Financial Officer.
