“Debi is among our most seasoned executives to run a tech ops
organization,” Mr. Keib said. “During her tenure leading our Pacific
West area operations, she oversaw cross-functional teams to introduce
popular new products such as IntelligentHome, SignatureHome, TWC WiFi
and new multicultural services, as well as streamlined and standardized
our local field operations to provide a better, more consistent customer
experience. I’m thrilled to see Debi take on this new role in which her
leadership can benefit our customers nationwide.”
In this new role, Ms. Picciolo will be responsible for leading the
company’s RVPs of Operations in creating a best-in-class field
operations organization and implementing best practices across the
entire Technical Operations organization. She and her team will work to
create a single, replicable process for standardizing the installation
and service experience across the enterprise and will also work closely
with TWC’s engineering team to ensure a world class end-to-end
experience for customers in all markets.
Ms. Picciolo began her cable industry career at the former Continental
Cablevision in 1987, serving in various VP/GM capacities consolidating
various systems across the Southern California markets. She has since
held executive operations positions at AT&T Broadband and Comcast. She
joined TWC in August 2006 as President, West Region Operations and most
recently served as RVP of Technical Operations.
Ms. Picciolo attended the University of California Los Angeles and
CTAM-U at Northwestern. Among her many honors, she received the CableFax
Top Operators award for 2010 Regional Executive of the Year and the
Women in Cable Television’s Lifetime Achievement Award. She currently
serves as Chairman of the Board for the California Cable Television
Association and Chairman of the Executive Committee, CCTA, promoting the
industry advocacy efforts in the State of California.
