DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) today declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $.22 per share. The payment date is February
22, 2012, to stockholders of record as of February 1, 2012.
QUARTERLY CONFERENCE CALLS
AptarGroup announced the dates and times of quarterly conference calls

ANNUAL MEETING
The Board also announced that the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

for stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting is March 8, 2012.
