HanesBrands (NYSE:HBI) today announced that it will host an Internet audio webcast of its 2014 first-quarter investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. EDT Thursday, April 24, 2014.

At the close of regular trading that day on the New York Stock Exchange, Hanes will issue a press release disclosing financial results for the quarter ended March 29, 2014.
