Event to Celebrate 2016 GRAMMY Nominees with Performances by Vocal Powerhouses Andra Day and Jazmine Sullivan

Time Inc.’s (NYSE:TIME) ESSENCE,the preeminent brand for African-American women, kicks off GRAMMY® weekend with its highly anticipated 7th annual Black Women in Music event to be held on February 11 in Los Angeles.

This year, the invitation-only soiree will celebrate 2016 GRAMMY®-nominated Black women in music with special performances by vocal powerhouses Andra Day and Jazmine Sullivan, with Adam Blackstone and the BBE All-Star Band. Music will be provided by DJ Rashida.
