(Pink Sheets: TCKF). Tomichi Creek Outfitters today announced that CEO and Director Jeremy Gindro has appointed Amber Wick as president and interim chief executive officer, effective immediately. Ms. Wick succeeds Mr. Gindro who has stepped down as President and CEO to devote himself fulltime to developing the Company’s Outdoors Activities Division. Gindro remains as Director and will support Ms. Wick as she prepares for the development of other Divisions and begins the search for a Chief Executive Officer.
