The numbers are in and the people have spoken. Once again, retirement
plan clients of all sizes ranked the
Principal Financial Group® high for overall
satisfaction. The surveys were conducted by Chatham Partners
and The Principal®to measure client
satisfaction with products and services from The Principal1.

The Principal received “best in class” or “beat the benchmark” in all
major categories with overall satisfaction remaining strong at 95
percent (average over three years). Additional key areas also received
high overall satisfaction scores1:
