Alabama Interactive, in collaboration with the Alabama Secretary of
State, has expanded their suite of business services to accept Business
Corporation filings in Baldwin County at both the state and county level
online. The new online
Business Corporation Filing service creates an all-encompassing
online filing system, further improving the process of business filings
in Alabama.
“We are elated to accept Business Corporation filings in Baldwin County
as an expansion of the already existing online suite of services,” said
Secretary of State John H. Merrill. “We look forward to the growth of
the online suite to increase efficiencies for all Alabama business
owners as more counties adopt the service.”
The Domestic Pre-Filing application is still available to counties and
business entity types that have not yet adopted the online filing
feature.
