announced today that Henry Sicignano III, President and Chief Operating
Officer of 22nd Century Group, together with Richard M. Sanders, an
independent Director of 22nd Century Group, will provide a business
update for investors on Tuesday, November 25th at 10:00 AM

Separately, 22nd Century announced today that the Company will be a
featured presenter at the LD Micro Investor Conference in Los Angeles,
California. Mr. Sicignano will make a presentation to institutional
investors and high net worth retail investors at this invitational
conference on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 at 9:30 AM PST / 12:30 PM
EST at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles.
